We work with women from underserved communities to build practical skills — tailoring, handicrafts, digital literacy and financial planning — alongside confidence-building workshops. Our approach combines hands-on training with ongoing mentorship, helping women move from skill acquisition to income generation and, for many, to starting their own small businesses.
